pecan pie.


Pecan Pie from Jennifer:

1 cup light brown sugar
1 T flour
3 T butter or margarine, melted
1 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup pecan halves
9" pie crust

Mix sugar and flour together. Add melted butter, corn syrup, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Add eggs and pecan halves. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
